• This is a dedicated retreat for doctors who are in leadership roles within healthcare with a focus on both applicable skills to leading teams with a focus on wellbeing, as well as building your self awareness as a leader through coaching. 
• You will get the most from this training if you already have some experience in leadership roles or are imminently stepping into one. 
• PLEASE NOTE: this event is for doctors only. Due to the intimate nature of this beautiful retreat & venue unfortunately we are not able to accommodate families travelling with you. We encourage you to use this chance to slow down, prioritise your wellbeing and immerse yourself in all that is offered on the retreat.
• If at all possible, it is a good idea to plan for a day or two post retreat before your return to work to help you in consolidating and integrating your learning.
